Got sent from Castilla Orthodontics here & I have been waiting more than 15 min waitintg to check in. Turns out they have 1 person working Lobby & Appointments. Poor girl sounded stressed, & mentioned she had more than 45 Appointments by her self to attend.
The staff is very professional and polite. Daisy has excellent customer service skills and was very helpful and patient while answering insurance questions we had prior to our appointment. Dr. Hamadi and her assistant where very good keeping my son calmed during the procedure
My daughter had an incredible experience. From the front desk staff to the surgeon. She was very happy with everything from the way she was treated to the service provided. Would definitely be returning.
The practice was on time, informed me of all options, cost and length of appointment ahead of time. They were friendly and called to follow up afterwards. Overall a great experience!
After the surgery, I felt very bad and couldn't work for two weeks because of the pain. I asked for a document to justify my work, but they refused, saying it wasn't their problem.
