There is a reason so many people in Casper Wyoming appreciate the services of Dr. Prach. She is a good person and she runs a GREAT practice. Dr. Prach is smart, friendly, informed, and accessible: you know right away she wants to hear what you have to say. Not just that, she hires competent, friendly dental hygienists , who know their stuff. My hygienist, Heather, cleans teeth with the same care and attention to detail that I clean my house. Which is saying a lot! Thank you all for being there for us! Susie
The receptionist staff are fabulous, Heather was thorough and adept at using her tools, and Dr. Prach provided excellent recommendations for my further dental care. Everyone was super friendly and seemed to love their jobs helping patients.
Really enjoyed my initial visit to this dental office. Every single person was so welcoming! The staff is very professional and thorough. Heather was my hygienist and explained all the tests she was doing and the results. Dr Prach was vey thorough and didn’t try to do anything that was optional or not warranted. Looking forward to my next visit!.
I’ve always been hesitant about going to the dentist because of how sensitive my teeth are but Dr. Prach and her team make the experience so much easier. The hygienists and assistants are very understanding and gentle, and they always do an excellent job with my cleanings. I truly appreciate the care and patience they provide.
All interactions were positive and non pressuring! High quality care received. Staff exudes a positive work environment! Care of the patient’s well being was highly displayed.
