Powered by GoogleMy first visit was today. I was treated so well, I had an extraction, my Dentist DR. Paul was awesome! The shots did not even hurt, my favorite was his professional manor. He explained everything so well. The Techs were so nice and also explained things as we went along, 2 very kind professional Ladies. I have been in Mississippi for 8 months, I moved here from California and have found the perfect Dentist. Good day today!
The staff was very friendly and professional. I had a cracked tooth and they took me in immediately. Their care was Exceptional! Dr Ganucheu Explained everything as he went along, and I was very happy with the outcome. Thank you.!!💕
I filled out their questionnaire for my visit, listing what I my dental concerns were and what I was looking to have done. Nobody talked to me about any of those things. I was told I had to have deep cleanings first. I had already given them my ins info and asked the cost and what was covered before I had anything done. There were mouse glue boards in the bathrooms, which felt unsanitary. My first deep cleaning appointment the hygienist kept running between my room and the other rooms, every 15 or so minutes. Every time she came back in my room she kept pushing me to get gas, saying I really should have it. I felt very uncomfortable. She also kept talking about how much she kept her tools sharp which also made me uncomfortable. The second appointment she still kept talking about how sharp her tools were and they were going to make my gums bleed. I decided to look for a different dentist after that, especially since in 2 visits not 1 employee talked to me about any services I had originally said I wanted. 3 months later they are saying I owe them another 364$ for what my insurance didn't pay (things were coded wrong, and photos they took were too dark, my ins company sent me this info) and that I have 3 months before they send me to collections....I have never in my life had such a bad experience at a dentist office or been sent a bill because they did their job wrong
From the outset, my experience was unsatisfactory. The dental assistant failed to provide a clear explanation of the entire process concerning the X-rays. Furthermore, her demeanor was impersonal, which contributed to my discomfort. During the X-ray procedure, she was not gentle with my mouth. When I requested that she involve another staff member to assist, she responded with laughter, which I found unprofessional. The dentist also exhibited a lack of personal engagement, repeatedly asserting that if I were flossing correctly, my oral condition should not be as it was. She did not elaborate on this point and left me waiting for an extended period before presenting a recommended treatment plan that offered no alternative options.
I’ve gone through many bad experiences starting from childhood which led to many years of neglect to my mouth. Coming to this dental group and correcting what needs to be corrected has been the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had dental wise.
