Outstanding visit! Dr. Pousson was super professional and explained to me every detail during my visit. The dental tech, Shounda has to be the most knowledgeable dental tech that I have every met. Trouble shooting any issues to assist the doctor on what to do next. Great dental office!
Very friendly staff who truly represent the definition of great customer service. They use your name during conversations, which adds a thoughtful personal touch. The appointment ran a bit over this time, but that is not the norm.
I came in yesterday to get a consultation on getting my third molars extracted. The doctor and dental assistant were very informative and answered all questions that I had, and went above and beyond to give me information that was necessary, and also about other dental procedures that they offer. The staff were friendly, comforting, and attentive.
10/10. Went in for an emergency extraction on a Friday, was able to get in and out within an hour and the service and care was absolutely excellent. So thankful for you all. Shounda was awesome!
