I have had a ton of dental work, I had my tooth pulled on the upper left and was pleasantly surprised with how professional and comforting the whole crew was. Dr. Leach was amazing and I had no bruising and no swelling that I can see. This was way better than a root canal and I am so thrilled. I found this office. Thank you for all the great work you all do keep it up. I highly recommend for any oral surgery.
Dr. Leach performed my partner’s wisdom teeth extractions and his wife, Dr. Leach, was the anesthesiologist. They were both absolutely wonderful — professional, kind, and incredibly reassuring throughout the whole process. The staff was equally fantastic: welcoming, attentive, and truly caring from start to finish. A special thank you to Christine, who went above and beyond to answer our questions and make sure we felt prepared and comfortable. The surgery went smoothly, and recovery has been easy thanks to the excellent instructions and support we received. We truly felt cared for every step of the way. Highly recommend their office to anyone in need of oral surgery.
Dr Daniel Leach and Dr Sarah Leach of Exemplar Oral Surgery, along with their highly professional, competent and patient centered staff all provided me with an incredibly supportive oral surgery experience, as well as well informed pre and post operative care/instructions. I was a very nervous patient, had to have a lot of work done and had special medical circumstances. Dr. D Leach listened very carefully, guided me correctly and was just a text message away throughout my entire recovery. I am delighted by the results, and completely impressed by the extraordinary, personal care I received throughout. I cannot recommend them more highly. There was not one thing I was unhappy with. This is an exceptionally competent, patient-oriented, reassuring practice. I am so grateful to have been referred to Exemplar and to have selected them for my oral surgery care.

The staff here was very professional and kind, which helped so much since I was nervous about the surgery. As a young Black woman, I tend to be very cautious about where I go for any medical procedure, but Dr. Leach was amazing! He even took extra time to address a major concern, which I really appreciated. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Dr. Leach followed up with me afterward, and I had zero complications. I highly recommend Dr. Leach and his amazing team. Wishing them continued success and blessings!
