Dr. Deatherage took my wisdom teeth out today and a few hours later I am feeling pretty good. I am feeling no pain, but the meds are still working. He was easy to talk to and put me at ease from the start. Staff was excellent and everything together made for a pleasant experience out of a not so pleasant situation.
I couldn’t be more thankful to Bismarck Face &Jaw surgery center. Due to my pregnancy, other providers didn’t feel comfortable providing care to me or even let me come see them. When I called the surgery center, all staff were caring, kind and courteous and got me in quickly. They understood that despite my pregnancy, I still needed dental care and at least to be seen. I was so thankful to find a provider who didn’t just say nothing we can do. I’ve gotten to work with both doctors Dr. Miller and Dr. Knoll. Both took the time to answer all my questions and talked through risks and benefits, worked with my OB provider to ensure both baby and I were safe, received the best care and management. Dr. Knoll ensured the procedure was very well managed and I did not feel a bit of pain despite limited options of anesthesia or pain medications. Not only that, facility is great, clean and all staff courteous and kind. Highly recommend, best place in Bismarck!
Dr. Deatheridge and his team at face and jaw are awesome! I was in for wisdom teeth removal surgery and had the best experience! I was nervous going in, but they made me feel so relaxed with their friendly fun personalities and great sense of humor! I woke up pain free and my recovery has been fantastic. I love how they call the next day to check on you. They genuinely care about their patients! Thank you for the wonderful care!
The nurses that prepped me were so patient, kind, they explained as they went as I was very nervous having my first surgery. They took excellent care of me and Dr. Deatherage was awesome with me. He explain the procedure before I got prepped. Both the doctor and the nurses made me feel comfortable and asked me questions that helped me get relaxed. Highly recommend this place.
I had tooth implant posts put in on Nov. 2. Since I have had trouble with general anesthesia I questioned Dr. Knoll about the possibility of using local anesthetic. He said it would work that way too. I originally needed to reschedule the procedure and everyone was very helpful. The nurses and assistants were very nice and friendly and took good care of me. The whole staff answered questions and tried to make me comfortable. The procedure went well and with minimal pain. When I experienced an unusual result they took time to help figure it out and take care of my needs.
