I had been putting off some oral surgery that I needed badly for quite a while (around 10 yrs.). When I went in for the consultation, my wife and I met with Dr. Faircloth, and we were blown away!! He is so kind, courteous, and down to earth. He explained everything clearly, and took as much time as we needed to answer all of our questions. The office staff there is quite amazing as well, and made sure everything was perfect for me. I HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone., that needs any type of services that they offer, because they are outstanding, and we are so thankful, and blessed to have found them!!! Thank you for all y’all do!! God bless!!!
The staff here is a bunch of liars. My ins paid out more than was billed, and when i called "Alyssa" said that the money went into a "fund" for future visits. I played along, just to see what she would say, but i knew it was a lie. I know this because I used to work in insurance. So i called and asked for the office manager. After a week of trying to get a hold of this person, she finally returned my call and when i brought the lie to her attention, she took up for her and then hung up on me. Needless to say i got a check mailed to me for the ins. overpayment. I dont recommend anyone going to this place.
Received a bill on June 16th for $1,258 stating that I am greater than 30 days behind and they still have yet to file a claim with my insurance. But yet they made me pay $900 upfront prior to my child’s oral surgery in April 2025.
Dr. Faircloth has been nothing short of amazing to my family! My daughter had double jaw surgery, and he and his staff have made a difficult situation very pleasant. He is always prompt, respectful, and very kind at each visit. We are from Macon, and are always thanked for traveling the distance to see Dr. Faircloth. His staff offered us hotel and restaurant recommendations to make the visits more comfortable for us. After my daughter’s surgery he had beautiful flowers delivered to her, and a member of his team called just to make sure we made it home safely. Small details like that really made us feel valued and appreciated. I’d highly recommend Dr. Faircloth
My first time getting any type of surgery! Dr. Faircloth and his staff went above and beyond making me feel comfortable and welcomed. Absolutely painless wisdom teeth removal.
