We had our 1st appointment here a couple of weeks ago. The staff were awesome! The front desk and insurance ladies were welcoming and so very helpful. We forgot to bring our insurance information, yet they accommodated us and did the work of finding it! The technicians and dentist were thorough and professional. We get our appointments on the same day and at the same time - how convenient! As new patients we did have to wait a few months to get seen, though we don't have any concerning dental issues. We are happy to have found our "new" home dentist! Thanks to all of them!
This dental office is hands down a 5 star office! Great staff & care and I am just so thankful to have found them. The Doctor is kind, funny & has incredible skills in his dentistry work. Love this office!
As always another wonderful experience at Falcon Ridge Dental. I had an older crown pop off while flossing my teeth. Called & was able to get in the next day. Dr. Harmer inspected the tooth & crown and said it looked good & was able to be reattached. (Nice to save $1000.00). The office staff is always very helpful & friendly, they understand that with out dental insurance some things need to be put on hold. Dr. Harmer is a fantastic dentist, wonderful personality & understanding that life happens. It is good to know that you can purchase their in house insurance plan for a very reasonable price, a little under $300.00. Their plan then provides With their plan you are covered for 1 full year of discounted dental work and 2 complete cleanings & x-rays if needed free of charge. Also if you need any dental work done you receive a discount immediately with no waiting period for the plan to go into effect. I highly recommend Falcon Ridge Dental.
It was my first time there and it was a nice experience. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The dentist fixed a chip on the back of my tooth and did a great job. The office is clean and nice. All the people were friendly. I will go back there for my dental needs in the future.
Jess was one of the best hygienists I’ve ever used. She was gentle, patient and thorough. She noted any teeth that had issues and brought in Dr. Paul after the cleanup for a more thorough review & treatment plan. Great explanations and recommendations allowing me to make informed decisions. I’ve used Falcon Ridge Dental for over a decade and love the whole office attitude. Charlie at the front desk is a gem! She makes you feel that her only job that day is to ensure you have the best dental experience. Even down to your bill so you get the best value for your services. Really takes the extra time and she’s happy to help. Wow!!! Thanks Dr. Paul for assembling a wonderful staff and providing a wonderful experience. Dave Z
