10/10 all around.. I had some personal issues with the "insurance verification team" but at the end of the day the procedure was all I care about. They had told me my consultation wasn't covered the day of. & I knew it was covered 100% they tried collecting $150 I said No. I told them I didn't have my wallet to bill my insurance. I did have the $ but why would I pay when my insurance covers my consultation. The next day I got a call that my insurance paid the consultation.. obviously at a lower settled rate of $150.. but I didn't fall for it so I didn't let that bug me.. I had Dr Rollin & he was SO patient SO nice. Explain to me every step of my 4 wisdom tooth extraction. I was so nervous.. I am on day 5 after my procedure. No swelling, no pain, no dry socket. I followed every instructions they gave me for after care. If I knew the whole procedure/recovery was this easy I would've done this A LONG time ago.. but I let my anxiety push this out... don't let your anxiety do that to you.. Dr Rollin gave me medication before my appt to help & his assistant Caitlyn and the other sweet lady (I didn't get the name )were so kind throughout the whole procedure. Kept telling me how great I was doing. I asked they play some music on their system to help and they should did.. I think I was done in 45 mins for 4 teeth!!!
The online registration was brutal for me, lol. It was a lot of questions, however I was good when I arrived, only one hippa paper to fill out. The office was beautiful. The smiles on the staff were as well. I was quickly taken back and Shannon explained everything to me and made sure I had no questions. She even offered a blanket and music. Dr. Rollins soon came in and also explained and asked if any questions. He extracted my tooth with no pain. I was in and on my way in 40 minutes. The doctor also called hours later to check on me. Price was very reasonable. Thank you for your kindness.
My boyfriend had a wonderful experience with Dr. Rollins and his team for his wisdom teeth extraction. He couldn't say enough about their hospitality and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to create a comfortable and stress-free environment.
Had a truly amazing experience at Falls Oral for my son getting his wisdom teeth out. From the second we walked in, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. They explained everything from what was going to happen after check in to recovery details before going home. Nothing ever felt rushed or like we were just another number going through their office. They were very patient with waiting for our son to be ready to go, anesthesia hits our family hard. Dr. Rollins even called and left a message later in the day checking on our son. I will recommend their practice to anyone who needs it!
I can't tell what an amazing experience I had walking in the front door. Staff treated me like family! I was told exactly what they were going to do when extracting my tooth. They were all so reassuring and made me feel at ease. The oral surgeons were very professional and they truly cared about me and my well being. I highly recommend Falls Oral Surgeons And Implants.
