The staff was very welcoming, but my dental hygienist, Alisha, was the best I’ve experienced anywhere. I am a new patient, and like many other patients, have been hesitant to receive dental care due to past bad experiences. She took time to explain the process, did the cleaning quickly, but thoroughly, and made the entire visit a good experience.
Dr. Childress & Staff are professional as well as personable. My appointment began at the scheduled time and l felt completely at ease throughout the entire process. I couldn't have asked for more. From this time forward, my family and I will be receiving all of our dental care from Dr. Childress.
I was so scared & nervous to have to go to the dentist, but after I arrived at this office I felt welcome!! Brooke was my nurse & she made me feel everything was going to be fine 🙂 She is Awesome 😁 Dr. Childress also made me feel comfortable about my upcoming dental work!! My first visit was awesome! The staff was so nice and polite. Explained everything I needed to know. Great job on cleaning my teeth. They feel so much better. Dr. Austin Dillon took his time with letting me know what needed done. Can't wait to smile with good teeth again. Dr. Austin Dillon did a great job on fixing my teeth. The staff are so friendly with every visit. I was so thrilled to get my teeth fixed. I can smile again.
Today I had my first experience with Dr Willis and his staff. In all honesty, I loathe going to the dentist period; however, This team recognized my hesitancy quickly and by the first ten minutes, they had eased my worries and had me laughing. I must say I am impressed with not only their professionalism, but also their dedication to truly wanting to help their patients. My assistant took extra time to address all my concerns which truly meant a lot to me. I honestly can’t say how truly thankful I am for this experience today. I will say that if you are hesitant about dental care but truly know you need it, this is the place to go. I have already made a second appointment.
