I hate giving one star since zero is the proper number deserved here. I generally only give positive reviews and just stop patronizing the bad establishments. However, people need to know about this terrible office. We called with 2 simple questions regarding our entire family becoming new patients. A professional outfit would be happy about that. That could've been nice revenue for them. Here were the responses: Non-emergencies are not being scheduled any faster than with an astounding 6 month wait. It's Feb. 2 and they want to see me in August? Ok, fine. That can be taken two ways. My second simple question was about their ridiculous HIPAA waiver form (I was polite and didn't call it that during the "conversation"), so the woman hung up on me mid-question. Seems they prefer uninformed patients, which speaks volumes. I wanted to know, since it says that it's an optional waiver, what their default HIPAA policy is if I don't sign it. I called back, giving benefit of the doubt (even though I heard her drop the receiver into the cradle) hoping to find that the disconnection was accidental and, instead, she said that since I'm not a patient, she's done with me. She in fact simply hung up on me while I was asking my question, a simple one that everyone should ask. (And after holding for 2 minutes, I was only connected with her for one minute and wasn't consuming her time.) If this is how they attract business, I'm not going to find out how they treat you when you actually need them and are committed. Seems the other negative reviews remain accurate. Before calling, I had concerns about their ethics, integrity, and quality of work. Their horrible HIPAA contract/release is littered with mistakes and typos. That's a document they only had to draft once, for everyone, presents themselves to the world, often as a first impression, and they didn't care enough to get even that right and present themselves professionally. If they couldn't do that, how do I trust them with my family's and my medical care? And with our private health and financial information? Then, when you actually read the form, which they must hope you don't, you'll find that you're agreeing: 1) to be in "before, during, and after" photographs that they'll share on social media and elsewhere, for marketing purposes, and for their self-promotion, presumably without notice or compensation; 2) to let them share your private personal, medical, and financial information electronically "WITHOUT encryption or any special security precautions"; 3) to let them share your private information with "researchers" and "disaster relief efforts", whatever that means, among many others; and more, though that should suffice. So.... my opinion... rude, unprofessional, sloppy, irresponsible, and ultimately dangerous in many ways. Choose for yourself, but we'll stay far away. All of these terrible experiences before ever even speaking with the dentist, which she guaranteed never happens. The above poses even worse dangers than the NJ dentist who attempted to convince me to let her fill a cavity that I never had (in 50 years, I've only ever had braces and one filling and immediately knew to run from that office, as well), and I wouldn't put that past this one either. I wouldn't be surprised if someone responds to this with some twist of the facts or some excuse, but frankly, there is none.

I've been a patient at this office for decades. Cant say I've ever had a bad experience. Staff are all very friendly. Mrs. Donna at the front desk always goes above and beyond to get you in as soon as possible if an emergency arises, or to give a friendly reminder call just prior to an upcoming appointment, which is great when life gets busy. Highly recommend.
