Powered by GoogleWe absolutely love this dental office! After a long struggle trying to find a place where she feels truly comfortable, this team has been a blessing. Everyone is professional, kind, and respectful. Vivian is her absolute favorite, she trusts her completely and won’t go anywhere else for her dental care. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring and dependable dental team.
Great experience. The office staff were fun to interact with. Dr Dixon knows her profession and is fun to be around. My dental higenest, Lori, was the best I have ever had. Absolute perfection. Exceeded expectations in all aspects.
After taking x-rays, I waited about 30 minutes on the dentist to come. I sit patiently waiting on her. When she comes in, she tells me what is going on. I had questions but she brushed me off and quickly leaves but I waited on her and she couldn’t wait and answer my questions. They tell me that I need a deep cleaning and I have to come back twice because insurance is not going to pay for it all at once. I was scheduled for an appointment at 11:30 but the hygienist sent me a text stating that she had an opening at 9. That was fine until my mom who is disabled and I am her caregiver called very early. I rushed over there. I’m calling her doctor and my aunt to see if she can come by while I get to the dentist. I texted the hygienist and said I should have stuck with the 11:30 appointment. I wanted to cancel and she told me that there will be $75 cancellation fee. As I stated to her, my mother comes before her and if I have to pay then I need to find another dentist. They sent me a text asking me to change my appointment but when I need to change my appointment it’s a problem.
We have been patients at this dental office for several years and noticed changes after the transition to new ownership. While we understand that adjustments can take time, we have experienced ongoing concerns, particularly with extended wait times for scheduled appointments. We have continued care largely because we value our hygienist. Recently, my daughter was scheduled to receive three fillings, but only one was completed during the appointment, and the remaining work was rescheduled. This required additional time away from school and work. The appointment ended around 4:30, despite the office closing at 5:00. Unfortunately, this experience left my daughter feeling as though her care was not as important, which was especially concerning as a parent. When I shared my concerns with the front desk, the response did not provide much clarity or reassurance. It also appears the dentists may be managing a heavy workload, and additional support could be beneficial. Overall, this has been concerning given our long-standing relationship with the practice.
I love the service, everyone is nice and professional. I recommend my husband who had a bad experience at his last dentist. He absolutely love the service that he received.
