I stopped in to see if this dental office took my insurance. Celeste greeted me with a smile and ask me how my day was so far. Celeste checked my insurance but they didn't take it. She also looked up the cost for our of network on my current insurance. The office was very clean and nice music playing and very home feeling sitting there. I asked if I could look around a little bit and the place is very well decorated and they also have some fall decorations. I met one of the other workers but I do not remember his name. Everybody seems so friendly. I wish my insurance would allow me to come here.
Phenomenal!!!! From the front desk to the staff working in the back, dental hygienist, dentist, everyone is very friendly and personable. Amber took great care at cleaning my teeth and she explained each step prior to the cleaning. The dentist was also very thorough and explained the X-rays and future treatments and recommendations. I very highly recommend this facility. I know without any doubt my teeth are going to be well taken care of by a caring and professional staff!!!
I needed an emergency appointment for my daughter because she was suffering from severe pain and they took her that day and the dentist was exceptional! He was able to see that all though she had no cavities, the way her mouth shut, the teeth would bang and hurt her. He stayed over and worked on her even when the place closed. I will absolutely come back here and highly recommend this place to everyone!! Also, all the staff were very kind and considerate.
I came in today for a cleaning for the first time in a long time. My Dental hygienist Mellisa was absolutely amazing, she made me feel comfortable and made sure I was doing okay through out the appointment! She explained everything she was doing and knows what’s she’s doing!! The front staff and DR were amazing as well!! I feel so much better smiling today :)
We love this practice. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, great with kids too. I appreciate the professional, conservative approach to dental care here. Treatment recommendations are thoughtful and based on need, not pressure. Overall so happy we found a practice we can trust and where we can feel at home.
