This dentist’s office has been so absolutely amazing with our entire family. I have very sensitive teeth and haven’t gone in a few years for fear of the pain I get from the cleanings. They made sure I was comfortable and were soooo gentle. I would rate them out of this world. They’re just as amazing with children. Thank you all sooo much!!!
I am new to the area and I had to be seen on an urgent matter and Family Dental got me in same day and all the ladies were so very nice. Such a friendly and professional office. They explained all the financial obligations and treated me like a person and not a number. Highly recommend giving them the opportunity to serve you. Dr. Hill was so nice and personable too.
After many dental appointments, medical appointments, tests, labs, specialist appointments, I came here. From start to finish everyone was extremely welcoming. They were financially understanding. Had better prices than others, including endodontist I called in the valley, as I needed a 3D x-ray/ct. Which they can do what enosonistst can do, not sure if all but what I needed one for. Went in explaining my circumstances, dealing with random onsets of pots and mcas, Dr Hill listened intentionally and did an exam and a CT. Finding a mass in my nasal cavity and potential infection I've been fighting for almost a year that has been undiagnosed. They went above and beyond to the point to where I'll gladly pay out of pocket again. If you need a dentist go here first. They gave me the best news in almost year, an answer and a lead to something I was told a lot was normal and fine. Thank God for a solid, empathic staff.
The staff at Spokane Valley Dental were very kind and cordial. Their collaborative efforts impressed me, as did their eagerness to specify what roles they had at the office-making it easy to understand the division of labor, and who to contact for a specific purpose. Dr. Hill was extremely friendly and very concise, which I very much appreciated. A comprehensive plan was outlined and documented to help me understand my options, and I believe when I am ready I shall pursue my current needs with Spokane Valley Dental. I highly recommend them.
I've been petrified of the dentist for a long time. Today was my initial appointment with Dr Hill and his hygienists Katie. They were both wonderful, kind, and empathic towards my situation. I felt so comfortable and at ease with them and the whole atmosphere. I'm excited to get started on my path to a healthier mouth.
