I had a great experience getting a temporary crown at Family Dentistry. Dr. Biggerstaff and her assistant Krista were incredibly friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They took great care of me and explained everything clearly, which really put me at ease. I truly appreciate the kindness and attention I received and would highly recommend this office
Thank you Dr. Fabiano and to the whole staff for your kindness, professionalism, and knowledge. If you have dental anxiety or past dental trauma, this is the office for you! I had a different, very bad dentist throughout childhood and young adulthood who did unnecessary work and the (many) fillings and other work I had done were extremely painful. Until seeing Dr. Fabiano I thought this was the norm, but the procedures and cleanings I’ve had with her have been smooth and pain free. Dr. Fabiano and the staff have also been very kind when it comes to my dental anxiety, and my questions are always answered with care and kindness, and I feel I am truly listened to. Staff members have even held my hand and comforted me while going through parts of procedures that I had previously been traumatized about. I cannot thank this office enough for making me feel comfortable going to the dentist again.
Dr. Biggerstaff and her team were very thorough during my initial visit/exam. I fully understand the treatment plan needed, the order of each procedure and the costs. We also discussed several options for a cosmetic plan going forward.
It is Always the best experience here. The cleaning crew is always prompt and running on time to get you in and out quickly. Dr. Fickas is who I see and he is always running on time too. Thanks
Greeted when I walked in and made to feel welcomed. Appointment went well and my hygienist Kelly did a great job. Dr Schmitz caring and concerned about my dental health spent time and I did not feel rushed. Thank you all for my great care.
