They are the best!!! I have never found a dentist i feel more comfortable with then dr Rowley. He is awesome. He makes sure you are comfortable through the whole thing and he explains in detail what needs to be done. I tell everyone go to family legacy dental.
I've been twice now. the staff has been nice, and I think I've gotten good cleaning. One thing I really appreciate is that the dentist was willing to talk to me and explain his reasoning. I have a few spots (not quite cavities, I guess) that he's watching that could be filled, but he let me make an informed decision about whether to fill them.
Because we didn’t respond to their repetitive text messages, they canceled the appointment and when we got there on time for the appointment was told it’s canceled and charged me $75.00 if I wanted my Daughter to be seen on another day? Make that make sense? I never canceled or rescheduled. I took time out of my day to show up with my Daughter on time to be told it’s canceled. How is your time any more important than mine? I will be reporting this business. * I just called and was hung up on by Stephanie, I was trying to get a referral for my Daughter for another dentist and was explaining I’ve been taking my kids to this place for 20 years and was hung up on me, the manager states this is legal to cancel appointments and then charge the patient. I am appalled at this dentist and his staff.
I had a really great experience with Dr.Rowley, specifically for a crown replacement. My tooth feels amazing now and very comfortable! The whole team was very friendly and provided the best care, I will continue to go back for all my dental needs.
The office is very clean and the staff are all very well mannered and respectful. They were very helpful in answering my questions and assisting me in the help needed. This is probably one of the best dental offices I've been in.
