Dr. Tao did an excellent and thorough job of explaining the procedure that she will do on my gums. Office staff and assistants were pleasant and welcoming. I was able to walk out of the office with all my questions answered, the cost, and a schedule for the gum graft.
Long story short, there was a lot going on in my mouth I wasn't aware of until I met this team. Dr. Tao and her staff explained my condition, the causes and effects, and things to be aware of. She went the extra mile to make sure she checked every little thing! If your looking for someone who is thorough, complete, and leaves no stone unturned, go see Dr. Toa. I highly recommend her!
I was referred by the Hillman dental in which I won't going back to that because I think I found dentist office at faytao! One of the best experience I have ever been. The lady up front was extremely nice and Dr fay and her assistant was incredible!
Dr. Fay seemed knowledgeable but office staff left a lot to be desired. Charged over $200 for consultation (10 minutes), told the required procedure would be over $1000, and insurance would not cover anything. Insurance company says the wrong codes were used for the consultation and the predetermination. Another Dr. got my file from my regular dentist, did the whole thing in one visit, billed my insurance for me, and only charged me the remaining $400 (the correct amount based on my insurance percentages). Find a dentist that can and will answer questions about the procedure and billing before you go to the office.
Great place with awesome dentists. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist, (anxiety and fear of dentists &all that) but they make it a breeze and do a great job as well. FayTao periodontics is the place to go.
