I felt very well cared for on my first visit to this beautiful and clean facility. The periodontist was very kind, and thorough in his explanation of the procedure I would need. The assistant, also very kind, presented and explained the cost estimate, and the kind and cheerful receptionist was thorough in her explanation of office policy, and explained that she would present the claim to my insurance company before we proceed, so I will know my cost upfront. I left there feeling sure of what to expect as far as procedure and projected cost. I would highly recommend this establishment!
The staff were all very friendly and considerate. They interacted well with my elderly mother and provided excellent care. They also explained the Treatment Plan and answered all my questions.
Absolutely the best experience I've ever had. Went for Gum Grafting and they were above and beyond professional and personable. Dr Fine is really chill and approachable. If you need work done this is the place to go. Period.
I'm not going to lie; visiting the dentist, even for a cleaning, is stressful for me. The staff at Dr. Fine's office make it much easier. They are so kind. The hygienist, Heidi, put me at ease immediately, and I have to say I was completely relaxed during my cleaning. She was very gentle, yet thorough. I appreciate the care I experience while there!
The entire staff is unbelievably friendly. From the moment I walked in until leaving, the level of service was exceptional. Pleasant Ms. Taylor was my hygienist and of course Dr. Fine followed up with his kind demeanor. I highly recommend this practice.
