I went in because of a toothache and they got me in very quickly. It turned out I needed a root canal, and they were able to do it the same day. I was so nervous but Dr. Ton and his assistant worked efficiently and made the whole process comfortable. I didn’t feel any pain. Everyone in the office was incredibly friendly. Mayra at the front desk is probably the friendliest front desk person I’ve ever met. I really loved this place and it will definitely be our go to dentist from now on. P.S. The TVs on the ceiling are the icing on the cake! 😊
Dr. Ton is amazing! He is like an Angel. He is always available to answer questions and responds promptly and in great detail for my issues. I live far away and had a dental question, and he was still willing to answer my question, even without a scheduled appointment! He’s such an Angel, and has the looks of one too!!
As a new patient I am glad I chose First Care Dental. Dr Ton and his assistant Jackie are very professional, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. They took their time and explained exactly what i needed for a treatment plan in great detail. I am very happy with the service I received today. I will definitely continue all my future dental services with them as well as refer them to my friends.
I can’t say enough great things about First Care Dental — truly the best dentist in Carson City! From the moment I called, Mayra at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure my insurance was accepted and everything was set up correctly before my appointment. She was so patient, helpful, and kind — it made the whole process stress-free. Jackie was amazing — super friendly, easygoing, and professional. She made me feel comfortable right away and kept everything running smoothly during my visit. And Dr. Ton — absolutely fantastic! He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the experience so easy to understand. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. The whole team works so well together and makes you feel completely at ease. I highly recommend First Care Dental to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and trustworthy dental office!
