Dr. Francois is hands down the best dentist I've ever had! So kind and calmed me down when I was scared due to an abscess. He worked me in quickly and got the issue fixed. SA o grateful to him and his team!
Staff here is sharp, very organized, even funny (Charlie), and it has been a very positive experience both times I have been here. I had a very impacted and stubborn wisdom tooth that needed to go and Dr. Skigen got it out so fast and totally pain free. It was amazing! Dr. Skigen is a master of his craft. It is extremely rare that I say that about anyone and it is always well deserved. Thank you for helping me, Dr. Skigen and Sophia. You guys made my day much better than I anticipated! Keep up the great work!
They were great! I called today and they got me in today! I had 3 of my wisdom teeth extracted! The process was easy and they calmed me down since I was extremely nervous! The dental assistant was extremely sweet and she has hands of an angel. I did not feel my IV at all! It did not hurt nor bothered me at all! The surgeon was extremely nice and he sent me 4 different medication , to prevent any type of infection! I will recommend this place to get your wisdom teeth removed!! They are absolutely amazing!!
Was unable to get them on the phone, which seems to be uncommon for them so I was shocked after the third time I tried calling they did not answer. Ended up making an appointment with their Amelia island location but it was scheduled wrong and they rescheduled my appointment for the baymeadows location on the wrong day. They were able to get me in but I had already been trying to get this appt for 3 weeks now and it was just a very frustrating experience. Even a couple hours after the surgery we tried to called in for a quick question and they were still not able to answer the phone. They had no regard for my time and efforts. I do not recommend this place.
From the front office to the operating room I’d give them 100 ⭐️⭐️⭐️. First time here walked in and it was Nice and clean which I love! Front office lady was awesome. Doc and his assistant was great the whole time. Took my tooth 🦷 out in under a minute which was surprising. I was nervous about feeling it but I didn’t feel a thing it was awesome he made sure I was comfortable while operating. I’d highly recommend this office all around 100 ⭐️⭐️⭐️
