The care I received was excellent! No complaints there. But I was NOT happy to check in and be informed there was a $928.50 co-pay due, in full, before any services would be rendered. I had already waited a month to be seen, had the day scheduled off of work and arranged for a driver to get me home post procedure, so I was in a bit of a spot, and they knew it. I have no idea how long that’s going to take to pay off my credit card… probably about double with interest…but even a little advance notice would have been really helpful. No payment plan offered, not even an apology for the rude surprise. As long as they’ve been in practice, they should be able to do better.
I had an excellent experience with my recent oral surgery. Dr.Steinkeler was personable, kind, talented, and easy-going — I immediately felt comfortable and confident in their care. The nurses Sam,Haley and Brinn were equally wonderful — kind, attentive, and truly caring throughout the entire process. The level of care I received was absolutely superior from start to finish. I’m so grateful to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful experience so positive and pain-free. Highly recommend! ⭐️
Everyone is so nice and makes you feel less stressed going to a surgeon. Dr Kienle is excellent. I have had a few surgeries by him and he is excellent. I healed very well (following instructions!) The staff are all very nice and compassionate people.
Dr. Steinkeller was very thorough. He was able to install two implants in a very tight spot. The office staff was very professional and as opposed to another oral surgeon that I had gone to previously I felt that I was in very good hands. I would highly recommend Flagship to anyone needing oral surgery care.
Everyone from front desk all the way through the procedure was fantastic. Been coming here since 1977 and always have received excellent care. Dr. Steinkeler is the best, such a calming presence. Thank you all. (PS) My suture came out about 2 hours after I got home. Bleeding has stopped so is that a problem?
