I had such a great experience at Flagstaff Downtown Dental! From the moment I walked in, Drew at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming — he really set the tone for the whole visit. Bri, my dental hygienist, was incredibly thorough with my cleaning and took the time to explain everything she was doing, including the X-rays and the overall health of my teeth. She gave helpful recommendations for flossing and oral care in a way that felt kind and encouraging, not judgmental at all. Dr. Blane was funny, down-to-earth, and made me feel completely comfortable. It’s not often you can say you genuinely enjoyed a dentist appointment, but this team made it such a positive experience. Highly recommend!
I recently needed to get a filling done and Dr. Stowell did a fantastic job. I was a little anxious going into it, and Dr. Stowell was So Chill, it really helped me relax- very competent and professional, procedure was no big deal. Just sit back and let Dr. Stowell do what he needs to do and you’ll be good to go! I have had dental work by Dr. Blane as well and had positive experiences, both are great. Would definitely recommend this practice if you’re in Flagstaff and need any dental work done.
I really like this dental office in Flagstaff! The business is in a large house -of course remodeled into a professional office space. Each room I’ve been in has full sized windows which is so refreshing compared to a typical windowless medical environment. The staff are awesome. Super kind and professional. I have been going in for the last two years for cleanings and they use all the latest technology and cleaning tools. Their communication is great, it is easy to make and change an appointment and they send out helpful reminders. Also they have appointments as early as 7am which is so very helpful to coordinate around work schedules!
This dental practice is rated as high as it is for a reason. From the beautiful interior office to the front desk staff to the hygienists & dentists — it’s all wonderful & efficient process to go through. I had just went recently for a simple cleaning (which went as great as you’d expect), and my appointment time started a little late, but the front desk was extremely communicative about it AND gave me a gift card to a local cafe as consolation… I’ve never had a dentistry do this. From the moment you walk in the door it’s an impeccable experience.
I was a first time patient, getting X-rays and an exam. Front office staff were very friendly. Dental assistant (Christine) doing my X-rays was super nice. Dr Blane was also very friendly but professional. He definitely reviewed and explained my dental status and future options. I’ll be going back for a cleaning soon.
