This surgeon knows what’s she doing! She’s incredibly gentle, kind and I would guess —top of her class. I have had several major treatments and can say I truly feel lucky to have found her. Dr Ballie is impressive from start to finish and her staff is well put together. The office runs like a finely tuned piano! You will be so happy to find such a skilled clinician for your dental implant and periodontal surgery needs!
Dr.Baillee is a very rude person and a sub-par doctor. She was forceful and unkind to me and my daughter. According to our new periodontist in Sedona she actually caused more damage. The ONLY reason this isnt a one star review is because Sadie up front was very kind and had great communication about next steps and our insurance. Its worth it to drive to Sedona instead. Do not go here
I've had a couple of different procedures done, and Dr. Baillie and her team have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They are clear and communicative from the time you make your appointment to when you arrive for your appointment, throughout the procedures, and afterwards...always making sure you're aware of what's going on. I also have quite a bit of anxiety around getting work done and they're as gentle as they can be, are patient with me and listen to me if I bring up any concerns. I can't recommend them enough!
I had the best experience today. I had appointment with Dr. Baillie. He is an awesome doctor. Very calm and very expert on my dental issue. Thank you so much for flagstaff periodontics team. You guys are amazing!!!
The communication here is awful. I was set to have my daughter to some dental surgery and was told nothing except to just come in on a certain day. . There was not even any anesthesia options given either. It was local numbing or nothing. Her and I were very apprehensive about the appointment. Also, there were no pre surgery instructions or any effort to soothe an anxious patient. This was where we expected some communication, this is a big deal for my daughter. They explained nothing. We went to another local doctor who spent like 35 minutes explaing things in great detail, how the procedure is going to go, how he will make all her teeth match and how they will fix the gums and whatnot. And gave her several anesthesia options. On a good note the staff was nice enough, so was the doctor.
