I had three teeth worked on, and I could not be more happy with everything! The doctor is an artist! The assistants/staff are amazing, and very professional! I highly recommend Dr. Barret Austin and his staff at Flash Dental in Edmond. Everyone was welcoming and professional. They were on schedule with no waiting. The x-rays and teeth cleaning process was gentle and painless. Great experience!
The only downside was the lack of DDS doctors, causing a bit of a delay after I checked in, but, other than that, the staff was pleasant, helpful, and helped expedite my visit as much as possible. And, despite the fact that I have a LOT of reconstruction work to do in my mouth, assisted financing was automatically applied to the final cost of the total work required (over $2,600) based on the fact that my father (the financier) notified administration that my only source of income was a monthly SSDI check, causing me to recieve a bill—not for $2,666, but for $2000 for FOUR visits, THREE surgical extractions and FOUR fillings (along with the accompanying processes), for far less than even I expected AFTER I recieved financial assistance and it was applied to the total cost of all of the services. I normally am leary about smaller, third party dentist offices, among other reasons, but this one, Flash Dental is worth checking out, if for no other reason, then at least for how well the patients are treated after they cross through the door threshold into the office. If you do visit, make sure to let them know what or if they need change, so that they can continue to provide the same kind of A+ service that they currently provide all patients.
First I received a free consultation with Flash Dental they gave me an itemized invoice of all the extraction work I would need along with the cost of partials to replace the removed teeth. I just started my extraction process but I am so far pleased with the friendly service I have received from them
The staff at Flash Dental were very nice and welcoming. Dr Austin was great he gave me some hope to my current situation. I really did like the atmosphere from the office to the staff! Great. Job!
