I went in for a toothache as a new patient. I have severe dental anxiety and was really dreading my appointment. The moment I walked in I was greeted by name and immediately felt calm. The hygienist was so gentle with me and explained each step of my treatment and was cautious of my sore gums. Dr. Cherry was very friendly and explained everything to me with great detail. I felt welcomed and not shamed, I wish I wouldn’t have put it off for so long! I highly recommend this practice. Thanks for the all around great experience.
If you are in search of a new dental team you can stop searching. Try this young and energetic team. They are very friendly and professional.I feel like I have known them for years but they work like a seasoned dental team. From the front door the building is clean and inviting. Each staff member greets you with smiles. Dr Cherry enjoys his work and he takes his time to explain every option and treatment plan. He works with me and my 95 year old mother. I see young children as well. I am more than satisfied and pain free. My mother now has a beautiful smile. This business is called Florence Dental Arts and rightly so Dr Cherry is truly an Artist!!!!
I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Cherry and the team at Florence Dental Arts in Florence, South Carolina. I initially came to Dr. Cherry with significant jaw pain caused by clenching and grinding my teeth. Since my grinding occurs mostly during the day, I wasn’t the best candidate for a night guard. Dr. Cherry thoughtfully recommended Botox in the affected areas to help relieve my discomfort and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. After further discussion, I also decided to receive cosmetic Botox for fine lines and wrinkles around my eyes, forehead, and lips. The entire process was done very gently, and every measure was taken to ensure I was comfortable during the injections. Dr. Cherry’s attention to detail and patient comfort truly stood out. I returned for two separate follow-up appointments, where we were able to easily make small adjustments to the number of units to maximize both my comfort and results and to compare my before/after symptoms and progress. The cost was explained upfront in detail and was very reasonable, which I greatly appreciated. At 43 years old, I now have a refreshed, natural look and—most importantly—relief from the jaw pain caused by clenching and grinding. I am extremely pleased with my results and highly recommend Dr. Cherry and his team to anyone considering Botox, whether for jaw pain management or cosmetic reasons.
Florence Dental Arts, LLC I've been coming to Dr.Cherry's office for many years now and it has been a great experience. He is kind and very knowledgeable of his craft. I have no worries about my care when I am in his office, in which I was just there for a cleaning. Wonderful cleaning we talk so much! His staff is the absolute best and so easy to communicate with. They keep me updated with my appointments lol and I appreciate it because I'm a busy person. He now treats my whole family for all our dental needs! Customer for years and years to come!
