I went to this office unfortunately 16 years ago to get my wisdom teeth removed. I since have moved out of town & had to dig to find this place but the movie theater gave it away. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would have to write something like this… I went to this office to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed. The procedure was very intense & my swelling was worse than all my 27 surgeries I had done on my face for my cleft lip. Well come to find out, they ended up removing my molar on the bottom left NOT MY WISDOM TOOTH!!! I now 16 years later have to go through this pain & suffering AGAIN due to their negligence. Not to mention the cost that I DO NOT HAVE. Stay far away from this place, no one needs to go through this twice & thanks to these wonderful people I do. If it wasn’t so long ago I would do everything in my power to make them pay for their mistakes but instead it’s out of my pocket & time…. 27 surgeries later this is NOT what I needed to go through again. Now the tooth is decaying & causing all sorts of issues. I’m beyond disappointed & disgusted that something like this could happen. We are not a number just to make you $$$$, we are humans. DO BETTER!!!
Dr. Geoffrey Rintel was amazing. I needed an extraction and they were able to get me in super quickly. I was under the impression I was just going to have a consultation but he knew I was in pain so he was able to remove the tooth same day. The whole procedure took about 15 minutes and was painless. I’m very pleased! The office is beautiful too.
Such great reviews. Unfortunately, I didn't even get any work done. I've never had to pay in advance for dental work, but FDIOS required me to pay half in advance. In preparation for my appointment I put the payment on my credit card but called back the next day to request a refund so I could pay with my HSA card instead. I was told refunds go through corporate - whatever that means. As my appointment approached, still no refund so I cancelled my appointment so that I could pay it all with my HSA funds. 30 days later, still no refund. I was told that "corporate" cannot be contacted, but they just received the refund in office and would process it today. I feel like I got scammed by a slimy contractor.
I had a massively infected root canal performed at another office. I was hospitalized and referred to Dr Richards who not only surgically repaired and healed the root canal but referred me to Dr Rintel. Dr Rintel was able to end 5 years of failed implants, post corrective jaw surgery. Dr Rintel was able to implant bone grafts and the supports for 5 teeth! With the help of Dr Richard, Dr Rintel and their wonderful staff I am finally able to smile!!!!
Excellent experience today. The office is very well appointed; the staff pleasant to interact with. My wait time was quite reasonable and I was in/out in just over an hour. Dr Rintel took care of business (pulling a molar) with a competent, professional, and friendly manner. I would give more than a five star review if I could!
