Over time, we come to realize that what seems inexpensive can often lead to greater costs. I mention this because the efficiency of this clinic has truly surpassed my expectations. From the very start, when I had the implants done, to today, with the treatment of my teeth that were in critical condition, I have been thoroughly impressed. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude and wish everyone abundant happiness and success. As for me, I am confident that I will remain a loyal customer for years to come.
This was my first time here. Everyone I met were kind and genuine. I had X-rays done with the machine that goes around your head, a consult discussing my best options and financial guidance for financing. All in all it was a very easy apt. I start my treatment next week! UPDATE! The main thing to say about this dental group is how compassionate and caring everyone is. I have horrendous anxiety with the dentist and was treated with so much care and kindness from these lovely people. Dr Gil is my dentist and she’s fantastic. Cool. Calm. Collected. The procedure was done with precision and professionalism. Vera who assisted the Dr and attended to me at the same time is a multitasking pro! A couple days later I was swollen and a little worried so I texted on the wknd. Dr. Gil texted me back! On a wknd!! I then got a text first thing Monday morning from the office to follow up. I went in the following week to have stitches removed and try out my denture. (It was too sore to wear the first week) The sweet technician with the beautiful eyes. Helped me tremendously. Everyone hyped me up as I walked out with my new smile 😃 Thank you all!! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Went to my cleaning appointment today and it was awesome as always with the staff as they take real good care in your treatment and you feel at home and safe in their care.

The Reality Behind the Big Beautiful Advertisement of “Free Consultation”. I’m sharing my experience as a patient in hopes that it may help others and also encourage the clinic to review what happened in my case. I chose Florida Smile Studio / East Broward Dental P.A. after researching the clinic and being impressed by the strong professional reputation of Dr. Burak Taskonak. Even though I never had the chance to meet him, that reputation gave me confidence when I came in expecting to receive an implant. The first visit was advertised as a free consultation, so I did not expect any charges that day. I was guided to sign documents after receiving explanations that the plan included a bridge, a crown, and an implant. What I did not know at the time was that the entire cost—around $8,000—had already been charged upfront on that same day, even though my financing account had not yet been opened. During my first treatment visit, an additional $1,000 was also charged. It was only when I finally gained access to my financing account that I discovered the full amount had been taken from the beginning. When I returned to ask for clarification, I was told that the implant was not included in the treatment plan, which was completely different from what I understood when agreeing to the estimate. The cost seemed reasonable to me only because I believed an implant was part of the plan; without it, I would not have accepted the treatment. The clinical team who worked with me were kind and professional, and I appreciated their manner. However, every restoration placed during my visits broke within only a few days. This outcome left me unable to confidently continue the treatment and deeply concerned about proceeding any further. Because of all this, I decided to stop the treatment and requested that the payment issue be reviewed fairly. I share this not to harm the clinic, but to express honestly how disheartening the experience has been after entering with trust and good faith. I sincerely hope the clinic will contact me directly to resolve this matter in a fair and honorable way—before I need to seek guidance from Consumer Protection. I still believe that a reputable clinic would want to address a situation like this with integrity and care for its patients.
