My experience as a new patient was great. I was made to feel as if I had already been coming here for years. The staff and the Dr. were attentive, courteous, thorough, and very professional all at the same time. I am looking forward to my future appointments, and I plan to continue to have this fine establishment provide all of my dental care indefinitely.
As a Veteran, I’m used to the 'you get what you get, and you don’t throw a fit' style of dental care. Usually, that means being treated by someone who looks like they’re filling out tax forms instead of fixing teeth, and who hasn't cracked a smile since the mid-90s. But when the VA sent me to Forest Dental Center, the game changed completely. I requested a female dentist (shoutout to Dr. Binder for being a total pro about it!), and I ended up with Dr. Lauren Weber. Let me tell you—she is the absolute GOAT of the dental realm. People are quick to jump on a keyboard when they have a bad experience, but we’re way too quiet when things are great. And this was great. Dr. Weber is clearly someone who loves what she does, and it shows. She was incredibly funny, high-energy, and most importantly, meticulous. She handled my new crowns with such attention to detail that I felt like I was getting a custom-fitted suit for my teeth. The best part? I was in and out in under 1.5 hours, and the whole thing was completely pain-free. I’m actually looking forward to going back in a month to get these things permanently attached—and who actually says that about the dentist?! If you want a dentist who is kind, skilled, and actually has a personality, see Dr. Weber. A huge thank you from a very grateful Veteran for the world-class care!
We have decided not to continue services at this office, although we have been patients here for many years. We were informed that the office policy requires X-rays at least every two years. While we understand that this may be standard practice, we believe that patients—especially parents making decisions for their children—should have the option to decline X-rays if they are not comfortable with them. If we are seeking only a routine cleaning, we feel that choice should be respected without requiring additional procedures. For these reasons, we will be transferring our care elsewhere.
This place is amazing! I called with severe tooth pain and they told me to come in right away. I was taken back as soon as I arrived and had the tooth pulled the same day. The reception staff is so friendly and helpful! Dr. Binder is AMAZING. I won’t go anywhere else and have already requested Dr. Binder for every appointment moving forward. Highly recommend!
I am autistic and have had a lot of bad dentist experiences, but luckily this was not one. I was nervous, but the office is nice and quiet and everything was explained to me. I was also given the option to have my procedures broken up into multiple appointments which is a lot easier for me. Really lovely experience and I'm so grateful.
