I had to have oral surgery because the tooth I needed removed had it’s root to close to my sinus cavity, and the possibility of having issue with a hole there led to the surgery and then sowing up of my gum. He did a excellent job and it was quick and painless.
Highly recommended. Thank yall so much. You get what you pay for. I got 13 to 15 teeth pulled. I was never in no pain. Even afterwards. No anxiety. Upgrade, 4.5 stars. I wish they made dentures too
Getting my wisdom teeth extracted here March 2023 has been the worst decision I have ever made. Dr. Bale assured me that the process would be fine with no complications. Weeks past after my procedure and I was numbed in the right side. I called his office and the receptionist talked to him and communicated back with me stating to give it time. More weeks passed and I was seen by him and his words were “it is what it is. There’s nothing I can do”. A year has passed and I am still numbed. DO NOT TRUST HIM. He is in this business for the money and has zero compassion for the clients.
He has been our family dentist for the last time. 2 months waiting time to extract a broken tooth is ridiculous. I sure don’t appreciate his wife and coworker laughing at my family member. He was in such a rush and the entire staff was rude, condescending and unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend. It’s sad that any patient is treated this way.
I haven’t even had my surgery yet, but the whole office is extremely insensitive and rude. Especially the front desk. I understand that they do this every day and they don’t understand the anxiety, but this is usually a one time deal for the patients. There’s absolutely no reason I should feel belittled or ashamed for having questions. Considering going somewhere else!!!
