Three years ago my Dentist found a problem & referred me to Dr. Camacho for evaluation & treatment. He examined me & laid out a course of treatment. It was successfully completed by him & his outstanding staff. Since then, I've had an annual checkup by the Dr. Including my recent one in October 2025. His office staff & Assistants are excellent in skills, customer relations & efficiency. The Dr., as always, is engaging & highly professional. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Camacho's office to anyone in need of this type of special care. Thank you Sir.

After breaking a tooth, I was referred to Dr. Camacho – – what a blessing! He and his wonderful staff are professional, caring, Interested in their patients and willing to go the extra mile to make treatment perfect. I cannot say enough about Dr. Camacho and his wonderful staff. If you need the services of a Periodontist, I highly, highly recommend Fort Lauderdale Periodontist and implant Dentistry and the services of Dr. Camacho

Let's be honest, it's never fun or exciting when you know you are going to the Periodontist's office. I first went in for my consultation and from the moment I walked in the staff was friendly and welcoming which is always a good sign. I had two issues going on with one specific tooth and although I needed to see two different specialist at Ft. Lauderdale Periodontist and Implant Dentistry, the office was able to give me back to back appointments which was awesome. I first met with Dr. Heinsen for a root canal and then with Dr. Camacho as I needed to have gum and bone surgery on that same tooth. Dr. Heinsen is warm and friendly and makes you feel so comfortable and then it was time to meet Dr. Camacho. Dr. Camacho made me feel so comfortable and took the time to explain everything that I needed done. He suggested that I make back to back appointments and have the root canal followed directly by the surgery. His thinking was that you are already going to be numb from the root canal so why not do the surgery during that same visit, otherwise I was going to go back a week later and have to get numb all over again. During the consult Dr. Camacho needed to do a CAT scan on my mouth, and when he came back in to give me the results he was direct but never made me feel scared. He told me that the CAT scan showed that I also had an infection in a different tooth and I would need to have it pulled. OMG. I was freaking out but Dr. Camacho put me at ease and told me we will figure it out together. He gave me his suggestion on how best to handle both issues and of course I listened and agreed with him. So now it was time to get the root canal and the oral surgery. My nerves were off the chart, but Dr. Heinsen got right to work and flawlessly got me through the root canal, and then it was time for the oral surgery. Since I was already numb there wasn't much to get me prepared for the surgery except for Dr. Camacho to turn on the laughing gas. Both the root canal and surgery were text book and all was good. But I still needed to deal with getting a tooth pulled. I wanted to push it off due to a wedding I was attending, but Dr. Camacho looked at the calendar and said...You can actually have the tooth pulled on X date and I would be more than healed and ready to go for the wedding. Once again, I listened to him and agreed with his recommendation. I was beyond nervous when I arrived for this appointment and once again the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The tooth was pulled and all worked out great. Dr. Camacho insisted that I take his cell phone number and if I had any issues that I was to reach out to him directly. What? Really? Yes, he fully meant it. I would 100% recommend Dr. Heinsen, Dr. Camacho and the Fort Lauderdale Periodontist and Implant Dentistry!!!!!!!
