I’ve never had to leave a negative review before, but after months of frustration, I feel it’s necessary to share my experience. I came to Laser Dentistry in Nov 2024 to replace an old crown that was whiter than the rest because it was done over 15yrs ago and was advised to crown both front teeth for best results. What should’ve been a straightforward process stretched into May 2025 — involving multiple appointments, long drives, and being in temporaries for months. The time frame would not be an issue if the results were acceptable. Several sets of permanent crowns were rejected due to issues with size, shape, or color. At one point, only one crown was sent back for correction, throwing off the symmetry entirely. Which defeated the whole purpose of crowning both front teeth. I voiced my concerns clearly and repeatedly — in person, by email, and through text messages with photos — but was told the results were acceptable or blamed for gum anatomy, despite a visible gap that didn’t exist before. The final results are incredibly poor. One crown is visibly smaller, the symmetry is off, and a noticeable gap remains. I was told to “massage the gum” to help it settle — something I should not have to do if the crown fit properly. At my last visit, the hygienist noted purple gum tissue and potential leftover cement, which still remains concerning. But was told it’s because I’m pregnant just weird how the rest of my gums are fine no irritation or discoloration except that tooth. While I appreciate the complimentary bottom retainer and top guard at the end, I would have much rather had a result I could feel confident in & correct outcome than accept a free compromise. I even offered to pay for a new crown to correct the issue. Unfortunately, I’m now left to find a new provider and start over postpartum. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience after investing so much time, money, and trust — and I’m sharing it in hopes of helping others make an informed decision. Photos below and proof I am a patient since they are saying I’m not a patient which is crazy. The gum is extremely concerning and can’t get in with another dentist for X-rays until I have my baby. It’s truly a shame that a dentist would let you leave with such poor quality of work without a care in the world. So many regrets on going to this dentist office. I’m reaching out in response to the claim that my review was misleading. My original review was flagged with the false statement that I was not a patient. As a result, I submitted a second review under the name that matches your records, using my previous last name, which was the name used during my visits to your office. Had my first review not been inaccurately reported, there would have been no need for a follow-up. The content of my review remains honest, direct, and supported by photographic evidence. My husband also left a review to share my experience, particularly since it appears that genuine feedback is being reported in an attempt to have it removed. This behavior reflects poorly on the transparency and integrity of your practice and raises valid concerns about how feedback is managed.

I have had pretty bad experiences at other dentist offices but this is not one of them. They are extremely accommodating and so so sweet. I loved the work that Michelle did and how sweet she was! She made sure to make sure I was completely informed on everything happening and making sure I was comfortable. Carol was also so very helpful in making sure I was aware of my plan and answering any questions I had!! They also had complementary snacks and drinks and just make sure you feel at home the second you walk through the door! Overall this is an amazing and welcoming environment and I loved my experience:)!!!

Exceptional Care! Office, Drs Lorino and staff go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable with procedures. More than once they have gotten me in same day for an unexpected issue. My family has been patients of Laser Dentistry for over 50 years I think, we’ve stayed thru three retirements and each new Dr to take over the practice has only gotten better with advancements, techniques and care.

So glad to have found this place! The first call I had (to set up an appointment) was with a very nice lady and everyone I encountered in the office was very friendly as well. I’ve never been to a dentists office where they offer you a bottle of water and a chapstick after your cleaning. It made such a difference. 🤗 They also take pictures of your teeth in addition to x-rays so you can really see and understand what’s going on. My hygienist, Michelle, knew so much about teeth and oral health! I felt like I was in great hands.

We have been going to Lisa dentistry for over 20+ years. Dr Corke was very diligent when he allowed both dr Suzanne and Dr Jerry to take over his business with Dr. Diane Deacon. Three of the most professional dentist you will come across. This is not your street corner pop up quick dental facility that makes everything in a day and is done. They take their time with you, they are articulate and very thorough . Most of all they are so gentle. We moved in 2021 and continue to travel from Sarasota County down to Lee County just to see them. We only trust them it’s worth the trip. Five stars all day long
