Other dentists should come to learn how to treat their patients. The warm neck pillow was an unexpected wonderful experience. I also got a warm wax treatment for my hands. I am 70 years old and never had a warm wax treatment for dry hands. It was wonderful. The staff was great. The cleaning was painless and quick. Even had a nice visit with the lady while she did the cleaning. Dr Martin came in to examine my teeth and mouth and addressed the concerns the tech had. Dr Martin always puts the health of the patient first but never does anything that does not need to be done. Dr Martin explains what needs to be done in a way that easy to understand.
Hands down the best dentist experience I've ever had! I was SO nervous to go - I put off going for years because I was too scared. However, the staff made everything so easy and brushed away (no pun intended) any fears right off the bat. I went in a few different times for both fillings and a cleaning, and both were painless and beyond simple. They offer laughing gas and/or a light sedation pill free of charge - which was such a game changer. I genuinely didnt feel ANY pain or discomfort during my visits, which I didnt think was possible at the dentist (especially for me!). Every employee I talked to was so kind and caring. They do a great job at explaining the problem at hand without instilling fear, worry, or shame. Thank you, Fort Dentistry, for such an amazing experience!
It was such a positive experience from beginning to end... the staff worked hard to get me in on short notice as I had an urgent issue that was causing me quite a bit of pain. Dr. Martin took great care of me. The necessary extraction was quick and basically painless, and the best part - no more pain since!
I had an excellent experience!!! All the staff are professional, courteous and pleasant!!! And my wait time was minimal. I love Fort Theater Dentistry!!!
Had to be the most relaxing dental experience I have ever had in my life. Everyone is nice and genuine, and there is so much cool memorabilia and you can watch TV! But seriously it is a charming, clean and inviting atmosphere. Just an awesome place
