The entire staff was so sweet & compassionate when I mentioned my dental anxieties/previous dental problems. Dr. Lugakingira comprehensively went through my medical history before starting the procedure, and was very gentle/kind when talking through what he would do. His assistant was also incredibly prepared, giving him what he needed without him even looking up. She was also very kind when prepping me. The surgery was fast, didn't feel invasive, and my stitches were done super cleanly. I'm amazed and didn't know dental care could be this good 😊👍
The team here is great. I was having an issue with a wisdom tooth that I finally needed to have removed. They were able to get me in quickly, the staff was very friendly, and got me in and out. I highly recommend them and will use them again when/if the need arises.
Doctor Luga and staff are absolutely the best🙏. They are kind, compassionate and put you to ease. You always see smiles. They throughly explain everything they will be doing. They prepare you for your at-home care to ensure you heal in the best possible way. Both my husband and I are both implant clients of this amazing group. We would not go anywhere or trust anyone else. Fort Wayne’s best❤️
Initially, I was impressed with Dr. Lugakingira's credentials & his amazing staff; Eric, Michelle, Rose & Olivia were all so warm & kind. The procedures were painless yet intense, extractions of a back molar & a 2nd tooth, as well as the placement of 2 implants. Dr. Lugakingira & his staff moved like one person. It felt like a dance with perfect rhythm & precision. Rose held the back of my head/skull in place, which took profound strength, while Dr. Lugakingira stood at my right focused, clear, aware, brilliant & in the ZONE. A very kind nurse stood at my left assisting him. Each attended their jobs allowing me to feel safe in their care. Another, nurse stood in front, in support of anyone's needs. It was beautifully choreographed with phenomenal results. To this point, even with the swelling I have felt no pain.... I am so grateful to Dr. Lugakingira, Eric, Michelle, Rose, & Olivia for their amazing kindness & care.... Thank you all so much.... Joy
They were very kind and professional , made us feel very comfortable. They took great care of my husband during and after his procedure and while I was waiting, they made me feel comfortable as well. Everyone was excellent even the aftercare video was very informative
