First of all, I would give Dr Ryan 10 stars if I could! Dr Ryan Zimmerman and his staff are top notch! Very friendly and professional. Ryan gave me 3 options to chose from to replace my lower teeth and wasn't forceful in any way to try and sway my decision. I went with a full set of implants for my lower teeth and I have no regrets. Its great to be able to chew anything I want to. Ryan was very thorough on explaining the whole process and very patient with all my questions. I have had upper dentures for 17 years and they fit perfectly but Ryan suggested I replace those so they can make everything fit better and get a good bite. I didn't want to because I was afraid they would fit good and resisted at first but he was patient in explaining everything and then I gave him the go ahead and he made a new set of upper dentures and they fit so perfect I couldn't even tell the difference from my old ones! I highly recommend him and his team!
I recently was referred to Dr. Zimmerman after an auto accident left me missing four teeth. From registration through checking out, the service I received was phenomenal. The office staff was both helpful and thorough. Once I was in the chair, the care I was given was absolutely the best I’ve ever experienced. Both Dr. Zimmerman and his assistant were gentle, caring and made sure to explain what they were doing so that I wasn’t surprised by any of the procedures. Anyone needing this level of care should consider Dr. Zimmerman and his associates before even thinking of other options. 100% Satisfied! Well done indeed!
Dr Zimmerman and his team did an excellent job with my temporary implant upper arch after Dr Reed at OMSA performed the implant surgery. They make a great team.
Dr. Zimmerman is great. I would highly recommend him. He takes plenty of time to answer ALL of my questions before he leaves the room. And he cares what his work looks like. I just can't say enough about him. He is a fantastic Dr. His staff is very nice and easy to work with also.
I had my 1st appt with Dr. Zimmerman and his staff last week, March 2024. I was very impressed by everything. How nice his office was and very clean,. How nice All of his staff was to me and they All listened to my questions and answered them to my satisfaction. I'm 67 years old, and had to have all 4 on 4 implants done down at IU Dental School, because 50 years of Epilepsy with the meds and my grand mal seizures took a toll on my teeth. Dr. Zimmerman was one of the few people that specializes in the complete and professional cleaning of implants here in Fort Wayne. I had somehow in the past 4 months gotten a lisp when I talked. When I left the office I had No lisp. I would highly recommend Dr. Zimmerman and his staff to all my family and friends. Finally, a dentist that listens and cares!! Thank you All.
