The hygienist that did my cleaning yesterday was welcoming and personable. She did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend her. Dr. Kim was thorough at explaining my future needs. Both were very quick. I was in and out without a wait. It was a great experience.
Dr Kim and his staff are by far the nicest, most professional and compassionate dental team I have experienced in my 56 years on earth. I am so grateful that when I needed a lot of dental work and couldn’t afford it Dr Kim stepped up and helped me and gave me a beautiful smile once again. I highly recommend this dental office and I am blown away with the hospitality and care I received from the entire staff at Forum Dental.
Great atmosphere! I haven’t been to the dentist in about seven years so I was a little nervous, but they put me at ease and were very knowledgeable, I felt comfortable the whole time. I brought my two young children and they loved it, and are actually excited to go back! All the staff was very friendly and hekoful! Will definitely be going to this dentist long-term. Dr. Kim is great!
I had several dental procedures performed during one office visit. Dr. Kim and his assistant answered all of my questions and helped me to understand the process. They were very friendly and I feel they went above and beyond to be sure I was comfortable.
Not like it used to be. The clinic started to fall apart after Dr Cassidy retired. He was an excellent dentist and his team was very competent. After my last visit, I vowed to never return. The dental hygienist got very upset because I didn't want any more x-rays at the time. She treated me awful, hardly cleaned my teeth and at the end she took her tool and dug so hard into my gums. Didn't even give me a "goody-bag"! Not that I wanted or needed one. It's just her way of getting back at me for refusing the exray. I had gotten out of the hospital where I had tons of exrays and I didn't want any more!
