I feared my child would’ve had a full on melt down. But she didn’t! My child is two and they did an amazing job with her. She let them floss and clean her teeth. I highly recommend them! Staff and doctors were professional and they did an amazing job with my child!

She was so nervous going in. The staff made her nerves disappear within minutes. They made sure she knew exactly what was going to be done. They let her pic out her favorite flavors to what tv show she was comfortable with. And the location itself is convenient for my family. I would highly recommend this dental group.

This was my son’s first dental appointment, and it went great!!! Dr. Rainer and team were such a delight, informative, and quick! They let me know what to expect and were so gentle with my baby. He also got stickers, a toy, toothbrush and toothpaste, and sunglasses which was really really cool. Thank you so much Foundations Dental!!

I will say I LOVED Foundations Dental to begin with as they were fairly quick getting me in and addressing the issues. I actually liked Dr. Rains(male) as he was the one that treated me for the majority of my 2 almost 3 years there. I have had issues with my teeth most of my life and it is the MOST embarrassing thing to go in and have more work. I saw Dr. Heersink (male)twice and left in AGONY. PURE agony. Went back per the office telling me to as I was still in pain. I was RX antibiotic AGAIN after just getting one just over a week prior and still taking. I was also told they could do another numbing shot while I was EXTREMELY sensitive and in pain. Also offered a steroid when I'd taken a shot less than a week prior, which I told them. I left for the second time TODAY in agony and tears. I cannot take ibuprofen and I've taken Tylenol like it's my job. Not to mention his drill slipped and hit my lip then he said oh that's normal oooo it startled me too that noise to which I let him know he hurt my lip. I will not be back and I am actually sad about this
