Nice staff. Wish I was able to leave a better review. They had scheduled a procedure for me that I really needed to get done. Quoted me showing my insurance would cover half. called me 4 days before the procedure saying they were out of network. I naturally called around trying to see if I could get that covered somewhere else. No luck. Called foundations back within 24 hours saying I would pay out of pocket, because I really need the procedure done. Turns out they gave my appointment away and couldn't get me back for 2 weeks. This place wasted 2 weeks of my time and I am still miserable. They do not have it together.
Unbelievable customer service and care. I came in with a dental emergency that was very concerning to me and they handled it swiftly and with quality care. I cannot speak highly enough! I recommend them for your daily dentistry needs and the hard cases!!
I can’t say enough great things about Foundations Dentistry! I've been coming here for three years, and it honestly feels like visiting friends every time, (shoutout Kayla!) Dr. Laura is amazing—she put me through two years of Invisalign, and I'm so happy with my results. She's super friendly, down-to-earth, and truly cares about her patients. Rachel and Morgan, the dental assistants that were with me through Invisalign too, are just as incredible—they’re always making sure I’m satisfied, and we always end up laughing about something! I always see Jessie for my cleanings & she is just the sweetest. And to Kynnedy at the front desk for being so warm and welcoming every single time, I’m always so excited to show her my nails. They even offer facials and Botox, which I'm planning to try out soon. Going to the dentist has always been my favorite, but somehow they exceed my expectations every time & I couldn't recommend Foundations and the team more—love this place!
I have had so many good experiences here!!!! I cannot recommend them enough! I first chose this dentist because they were on the approved list of specialty dentists for implants, etc. because I was looking for someone to talk to about losing some of my enamel. Since then, they’ve become my only dentist that i see for all of my regular cleanings. My first cleaning i had done here had me absolutely blown away. It was the first tooth cleaning i had EVER had where i truly felt like the person doing my cleaning was doing a good job and cleaning my teeth in spots i hadn’t had done before (behind my last molars!) Recently, I called them kind of freaking out bc i had a tooth pain, and just lost my dental insurance & was worried id have to wait weeks + multiple appointments to get it taken care of. I got my appointment in less than a week from when i called, got x-rays & fixed my tooth pain (a broken leaking filling which required to redo the filling.) i was in and out in less than 2 hours. and my visit didn’t break the bank!! completely reasonable and affordable pricing. I’ve had to play $245+ for fillings at Mortenson (WITH DENTAL INSURANCE!!!) and i didn’t get half of the good treatment that i received from the team at Foundation Dentistry! I’ll be going to foundation dentistry for the rest of my life!!!
What a great experience I had at Dr. Parkman’s office today. He and his staff were all extremely nice and thorough, helping me to find answers with my dental care. I left his office feeling like I had received top-notch, excellent care and would rate higher if Google would allow! Thankful for his practice, looking forward to future visits for my whole family. ✨ 🦷 ✨
