I took my son to four corners family dental because we were fed up with another dentist in the area. It seemed like these guys were going to be a better choice for our family, very knowledgeable with clear communication. We were more than willing to pay out of pocket for what our insurance wouldn't cover. That being said, I was just informed that my son's crowns had been approved, but I had to schedule his appointment the next day (less than 24 hours notice) in order for them to see him before they close their office. I am out of town so I asked my sister to come and sit with him since he's not 18. Shouldn't be a problem right? Wrong! It has to be me, even though I've already signed all of the content forms and waivers! Keep in mind my son will be 18 now the 19th of this month. Not only are we out the money that we invested in this dental practice for our son's teeth, but now we have to find another dentist in our very small town that accepts our insurance and is willing to communicate clearly. Frankly, it wouldn't have been that bad if the person I was speaking to had a solution to the issue instead of just saying "I'm sorry there's nothing we can do" If the rolls were reversed and I tried to cancel an appointment the afternoon before it's scheduled they wouldn't allow me to and it would "count against me" if i wasn't able to get my kid there. What ever happened to extending the same courtesy to your patients as you expect from them???
Four Corners Dental saved my smile! Another dentist office had damaged my front teeth and then told me I’d have to wait until January for repairs. Four Corners Dental stepped in right away—they scheduled me promptly and fixed the damage quickly and professionally. The staff was kind, understanding, and incredibly skilled. I am so grateful for their fast response and top-notch care. Highly recommend them to anyone needing urgent or routine dental work!
My son was so nervous about transferring to a new dentist. The staff and dentist at 4C Family Dentist were so nice and Dr. Hanf made my son feel comfortable by joking with him. I would recommend them for your child's dental needs.
I so love this place. The ladies r so awesum and I like the doctor who is currently there. One of the reasons y I never went back. Now I can go back for my dental treatments.. Thank u so much .. YOU GUYS R SO AWESUM !!! ♡♡♡
Very poor communication. I initially needed a filling fixed that fell out. I schedule the appointment for 10am and I get the text notifications that state that as well but on the day of the appointment I get a call that my appointment is supposed to be at 930. I get there after being assured my insurance will cover it. Dr sees me, he was great! But the lady in the front comes back and tells me they can’t move forward unless I pay out of pocket! Why not tell me this on the phone? Even the possibility of a cost would be nice to know ahead of time. I’m told I can’t even reschedule without a payment as well despite my tooth pain, & tooth condition. I asked about the next date available and it’s 5 months out.. But I demanded a closer date if I’m paying. As soon as I pull out my card, there’s actually an open date next week! Money talks at this place.. It’s more of a concern for money than patient care here.
