I was referred to Dr. Cooke by my dentist for gum recession. From the very 1st phone call from his office to set up a consultation with him to my post-op appt., I could not have been more pleased. Every single member of his staff was so very nice and kind. Dr. Cooke and his staff answered every question I had and were very thorough in explaining each step of the process and making sure I understood all of my instructions for the 2 weeks post-op and those going beyond the 2 weeks. Highly recommend this office both for the expertise of Dr. Cooke and his fabulous staff.
I want to start by saying Dr. Cooke is a good doctor and will do the job effectively. Needless to say when I had the treatments done and I expressed discomfort or pain they didn't seem to care very much, unfortunately it felt like they just wanted to get the job done and I was simply another patient to get through. I'm still happy with the results of the treatments, although I need to go back for a revision.
(Photo attached is "before" & 1 week after crown lengthening procedure) I truly could not be happier with Fox River Periodontics. The staff is very friendly and informative. They are quick, but precise with the procedures they do. They did a great job putting me at ease with all my questions and concerns that I had regarding the procedures I needed. First, I had to get a Frenectomy done. To my surprise, it made my top lip a little more "plump" which was a great perk for me! After that had healed, we did the Crown Lengthening procedure, which has been truly phenomenal. I'm only 1 week into healing, and already so happy with the results. I can't wait to see how it fully heals, giving me a smile to be truly confident in.
This was my 4th visit including an intro visit, oral surgery, and two follow up visits. I have at least two more follow up visits over the next 5-6 months for cleanings. My experince was top notch! Everyone here is very freindly, knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful. They take the time to listen to all of your questions and concerns. They are patient and kind and explain all they will do very thoroughly so that you know exactly what to expect. Dr. Cooke is very good at what he does- he knows what he's doing. I had really no pain during and after my procedure. All you have to do is pay attention, and do what they ask you to do. I would recommend anyone to Fox River Periodontics.
I had gum grafting completed by Dr. Cooke. I was so impressed from the consultation, through the procedure, and the final result. Him and his staff were very thorough in explaining what to expect and ease my fears. During the procedure they ensured I was as comfortable as possible. My healing was quick and the discomfort was surprising very minimal. Dr. Cooke was available on call when a couple questions came up during the healing process. I am so happy I finally pulled the trigger and completed this needed procedure and that I went with Dr. Cooke as my oral surgeon!
