Dr Drew Ashley is a wonderful listener. He addressed my all of my questions, respected any concerns I had, and made sure I was comfortable for the entire appointment. I had not been to a dentist in over 12 years and I was taken care of with zero judgement. The exam was very thorough, and every staff member is very knowledgeable. The staff were very helpful going over the treatment plan, expected costs, and even explaining what my insurance would cover. If youre looking for a dentist, please consider coming here.
This has been the best dental appointment I've ever had in my life! Everyone was very pleasant and professional. I felt safe and relaxed because of the way they performed their procedures. From x-rays to 3D modeling scans. To how informed my dentist was about my other medical situations. And how they interacted with my dental issues. Made me feel confident in his ability to treat me. He and the other staff went out of the way to get me in to be seen as soon as possible. Which in my case was the very next day after I contacted them. They really showed above and beyond care for my wellbeing. And the costs of the procedures that I need to have done are very reasonable and affordable. I highly recommend Franklin Street Dentistry for all of your dental needs.
My son is a new patient, but he was treated like he had been coming for years. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Dr. Drew is fantastic. He took the time to listen to my son’s concerns and thoroughly explained everything, making him feel at ease. The cleaning was gentle and thorough. My son felt comfortable and confident in the care provided. This is a top-notch practice. This has been a great experience. I appreciate the personal and professional care, and I'm happy to have found a new dental home for my entire family.
I’ve never left a review before but think I have to for these guys. Best dentist I’ve ever went too. Incredibly professional and they make you feel like they truly care. Dr Drew anshley even called me hours after a long appointment to make sure I was okay. No other dentist is doing that. If you’re even thinking about coming here I greatly advise you do!
