First time patient at Frederick center for dentistry, I had a minor dental emergency and struggled to find an office that would take me same day. This office had me on the schedule within an hour of calling. Once at the office I was met with extremely kind and professional staff, I had almost no wait to be seen. My dental hygienist name was Kelly, she was a ball of positive energy and couldn't have been friendlier. As soon as Kelly was done taking X-rays I was seen by Dr. B. He gently addressed my dental issue very quickly, he was knowledgeable, well spoken and had a great bedside manner. I was feeling better and on my way out of the office all within 30 minutes. Highly recommended, I will be back !
I recently had three rotten teeth taken out by them. The atmosphere there was warm and welcoming. Everyone was kind and solicitors of my needs as am physically disabled. I was able to ask a variety of questions in the initial appointment and before the oral surgery. I recently had a check up on the stitches, and again, everyone was helpful and supportive. I have not had a whole lot of dental work and my teeth reflect that, furthermore, my teeth are even more awful due to a long-term eating disorder. I never feel judged there, even with what's left of my teeth. We talked about the work I need to get done. I'm going to continue coming here.
I’ve been coming here for years and always have a great experience! My hygienist, Kelly, is amazing—she makes you feel completely comfortable, is incredibly professional, and has such a great personality. I look forward to my visits twice a year just to catch up with her! Dr. Goyal is also fantastic—extremely professional and ensures any dental work is painless and stress-free. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care and a friendly staff!
I moved to Frederick 5 years ago and it has taken me this long to find a good dentist. I can't say enough good things. They don't recommend unnecessary treatments, they are super friendly and professional. I haven't caught his name but the guy at the front desk deserves a lot of credit. He sets the tone when you arrive. Always positive and happy to see you. Hygenist Ashley, Dr Bowersox, and the Mrs Dr. Goyal are all super professional and really make you feel that you are in good hands. When you leave you work with the billing/scheduling lady and like everyone else here, she's awesome. I cannot think of one negative aspect of the three appointments I've had here so far.

No pressure, no upselling, no guilt trips, just honest, quality care from people who clearly love what they do. The office is spotless, the vibe is warm and welcoming, and everyone treats you like a person, not a paycheck. It’s how dentistry should be done. 🦷✨
