Best dental practice, ever. The entire staff is kind and accommodating. I have been coming to Frederick Dental for over 20 years and have never had a negative experience. They are great at ensuring that the anxiety most of us feel when we visit the dentist is minimized. This makes you feel comfortable in returning to complete any treatment plan, as well as your regular cleanings for maintaining your oral health. Kudos to the team at Frederick Dental. I would not want to go anywhere else for my oral health.

There’s never any pressure, just honest guidance and excellent care. From my cleaning to my crown even my Invisalign treatment I always knew what to expect! And a special shout-out to the office manager, Danielle — she is absolutely the glue that holds everything together. From A to Z, she is on top of every detail and ensures the entire experience runs smoothly. Best dentist in Frederick…and most likely the best dentist in Maryland! The entire staff does everything that they can to make each dental visit as comfortable as possible. Sometimes going to visit Dr. Baddam and Alex is the best part of my day!
As a 79-year-old patient, visiting a dental office makes me very anxious. However, my experience with Dr. Baddam at Frederick Dental Group has been nothing short of exceptional. Several years ago, before my heart surgery, Dr. Baddam painlessly extracted my wisdom teeth and fabricated a porcelain crown the same day. Because of that positive experience, when I recently needed care again, I chose to return to him even though the office no longer accepts my insurance. I knew from experience that not all dentists are capable of handling a surgical extraction of a root-canal-treated wisdom tooth anchoring a bridge especially in a medically complex patient like me. My heart valve replacement mandates me to take a heavy dose of antibiotics as pre-medication. Dr. Baddam was genuinely concerned about the risk of bacterial endocarditis and, despite having a full-time hygienist, he personally took care of my dental cleaning to ensure my safety. This wisdom tooth was also one of the anchors for my bridge. Dr. Baddam clearly explained the risks, including the possibility of losing the bridge. Understanding how important it was for me to keep it—since it is my only help for chewing food and proper nutrition—he proceeded with great skill and care. He sectioned the tooth and removed it without causing any harm to the bridge. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Baddam was incredibly empathetic, patient, and reassuring. He truly understood that nutrition is an integral part of my overall health and treated me with kindness and respect. Thank you, Dr. Baddam, for taking such excellent care of me yesterday despite your very busy schedule. I am deeply grateful and would highly recommend him without hesitation. Seven stars out of five for his outstanding skill, compassion, and dedication!
