I had an amazing experience with my dental extraction. I was extremely nervous at first, especially about getting numb, but the moment Dr. You started, I literally felt zero pain. I couldn’t believe how smooth and painless the entire process was. Dr. You and Jeanette were absolutely awesome throughout the whole appointment very calm, reassuring, and communicative every step of the way. The extraction itself was quick, and the healing process has been incredible. I had little to no pain afterward and healed very fast. On top of that, the front office staff is outstanding. They’re super friendly, organized, and very communicative when it comes to insurance and payments, which made everything stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would highly recommend this office to anyone who’s nervous about dental work!
I enjoy my trip(s) to this office. Staff is exceptional and dentist is extremely good. Great snacks in the waiting room! You can listen to music or watch a movie while the others work. 🪥
I was looking for a new dentist nearby. I was so excited to try Dr. YOU and the dental hygienist seeing all the 5 star reviews. The front desk staff were very nice, I had xrays taken from a friendly lady. The xrays scan showed all my teeth and gums far superior than the ones I had from my past dentist. The dental hygienist came in I believe lennie and began to take some measurements of the space between my gums and teeth and began to explain how I'd need deep cleaning. So far l felt so blessed to have found them. Then in an instant the dentist entered I never saw his face. All I heard was this anxious voice behind me telling me I'd need three teeth pulled and to go back to my old dentist if I wanted a crown that had came off recemented and why he wouldn't do it. I was in shock not wanting to lose my teeth and I said so. He said see your already resisting then he said my whole mouth needed to be rebuilt. He then left within 5 minutes with none of my many questions answered. I was then given a card to a prosthodonist and politely escorted to the front desk. I asked the front desk how much i owe and was graciously told no charge which I so appreciated but wondered if that was the reason Dr. spent so little time with me. I would've much rather been charged and have my questions answered. I would still highly recommend Fresh Dental my only regret is that I was rejected as a new patient and feeling hopeless since now I have no answers and no dentist. I am absolutely crushed.

I came to Dr. You for a second opinion because I was skeptical about my previous dentist’s diagnosis. From my very first visit, Dr. You completely earned my trust. Without me even sharing the backstory of why I was seeking another opinion, he gave his honest assessment and confirmed that he did not see any cavities at my appointment. From that day on, I’ve recommended Dr. You and his office to my entire family. Today, I had a cleaning with Lenni, and I have to share that she did a phenomenal job! My teeth feel cleaner and better than they have in a very long time. She also took the time to address her concerns about my dental health with Dr. You and I really appreciate how well they collaborate as a team for their patients.
