Excellent customer service , from beginning to end ! No pain after procedure (tooth extraction for future implant). Amazing doctor and staff. The wow factor was to get a call form the doctor after surgery to check on me,, that was not expected and surprised me! I would definitely recommend to everyone! Dr K was my doctor 🫶 Area for improvement as I always like to provide for growth opportunity : is to ask better questions at initial appointment screening to ensure skipping consult is the best option for customers as some customers aren’t to knowledgeable.
I had a very pleasant experience. At first I was a little nervous about getting two wisdom teeth extracted but the staff made me feel very comfortable. They were very friendly and comforting. They explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Dr. Curiel was awesome as well! Very reassuring, positive words throughout the whole process, which was surprisingly short. I also liked that he called me at home later in the day to check on me. I would definitely recommend him and his group to my family, friends and neighbors!!
I need three wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Curiel was attentive, very informative, and has great bedside manner. His staff was very friendly and even provided me with a warmed blanket pre-surgery (and a second one when the first cooled off). Leading up to the procedure, I received emails linking comprehensive before, day-of, and after instructions, as well as a printed copy. I'm a big ol' baby when it comes to dental procedures, and I felt good the whole time about this one. I highly recommend.
So pleased. I felt so defeated before I arrived and once I was taken in the back I started crying from relief. From start to finish everyone was helpful, kind, compassionate, informative and of course professional. I had been in unbearable pain for 3 days before my appointment but, when I left the pain was gone. Now just recovering from the procedure but I’m feeling 100% better. Thank you for the wonderful experience considering the circumstances. Choosing this office was definitely the right choice! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I recently had my wisdom teeth out under I.V. sedation with Dr. Curiel. The experience at this practice, from consult to procedure, was excellent. Every member of the staff was personable and informative. The nurse/assistant (I am unsure of her title) was very caring and knowledgeable, and helped set me at ease before my procedure, warm blanket and all. Dr. Curiel had a wonderful "chairside" manner, placed my I.V. easily with no "zings," and made sure to call and check in on me after I got home. Aftercare instructions were clear and complete. Highly recommended!
