I've been going to this dentist for several years, but today I had a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist. She was quite abrupt and seemed rude to me, which was disappointing. I mentioned that there would be a delay of about 10 minutes. Everything was fine until then! However, regarding my daughter's braces, I didn't remove the wire before the cleaning appointment (I also wear braces and didn't need to remove mine). That part wasn't a concern for me. What bothered me was how she handled the situation. Her tone and manner seemed unprofessional, especially in front of my daughters. I would have appreciated a more respectful and courteous approach. She lost 3 patients. I'll never go back there again, she only said the wire had to be removed when I called to say I would be 10 minutes late.
Great service!!!!!!! My son is usually nervous when it comes to going to the dentist but at “Friendly Dental Group” the appointment went smooth. Service was done with care and my questions was answered. Customer service is a 10/10. I definitely recommend this office. Thank you.
From start to finish, this was a great experience. Check-in was smooth, the staff was kind and reassuring, and the whole visit was quick and efficient. They really made me feel comfortable, which means a lot at the dentist. Highly recommend
Everyone here is super amicable and it makes for such a comfortable environment! Myself and the 2 other people I know that go here are always satisfied with the care they provide. Scheduling appointments is easy and quick with them too!
The staff at this office did an excellent job. The office is clean and welcoming, the doctor is very knowledgeable, and the staff is friendly and professional. I had a great experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get any kind of dental work or care done!
