After 4 years of neglect I was extremely nervous and anxious about going back to see a dentist. Thanks to the kind and proficient care from Dr.Leonakis, Adam and staff my attitude has changed. I am so grateful and will continue to go regularly now as a patient of Dr. Leonakis practice.
Oh my gosh where do I start?! Well It is now August 18 2025 and I’ve been trying to get my teeth cleaned and a crown since January 1, 2025! I went in for exam and paid extra for additional x-rays out of my pocket so that the insurance would approve it, However, apparently it was denied by Insurance! Keep in mind that it took them like four months to submit insurance and to be denied? Dr. Larry told me that my pockets were so deep I could pack a lunch?! 😡 I called my insurance and I filed a grievance! I have requested four times now for my record and x-rays to be emailed to a different provider and they still haven’t done that?! I called the office and was really upset because the last request was in writing and still they haven’t sent them 😡Sergio advised that he didn’t like my attitude so he said he wasn’t gonna send the records! That’s fine for I have contacted an attorney. 🤷♀️ Talk about unprofessional, rude and flaky staff including there dentist L Leonakis Who made such a rude comment to me?If you think absolute dental is bad ? This place is the absolute worse than any place I have gone before ! Trust me find a professional dentist and Don’t waste your time and money at Leonakis dds inc ! Getting anything resolved here is like pulling teeth ! no pun intended!
I went in yesterday for an emergency appointment. The entire staff was so kind and helpful! They explained everything to me too. I am forever grateful to Dr. Larry and his entire team! Thank you so much!
Dr Larry, all Dental hygienists and the back office staff, Annabell and Anna in particular, are wonderful. Very compassionate and caring and sensitive to the needs of the patient when it comes to discomfort during treatment. My front crowns came out beautifully matched to my teeth. When calls come in after hours, the front office could improve their system of delivering voicemail messages to the intended recipients, so if you don’t hear back, call again.
