Dr. Shadi is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which really puts you at ease. Alexis has also been amazing—friendly, attentive, and always making sure I’m comfortable throughout my visits. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Being a new patient, I figured it would take a bit more time. This was the most thorough cleaning and first appt. I ever have experienced. Alexis took so much time checking my teeth, gums and over all oral health. She demonstrated some improvement techniques and did not rush. My first impression of this office and staff is very favorable & I feel I am in good hands.
Dr. Shadi Khillah is an exceptional dentist, and his entire team operates at the highest level of professionalism. From the front desk to the dental hygienists, every staff member treats you with genuine respect, kindness, and care. You are welcomed with warm smiles, positive attitudes, and a level of attentiveness that reflects a truly healthy workplace culture—something I believe stems from Dr. Khillah’s outstanding leadership. I have been a patient at this office for about five years, and during that time I have consistently received exceptional care. I have had numerous cleanings and, following some unrelated medical treatments that weakened my teeth, I’ve also received one crown after a root canal, two molar extractions, and two dental implants. Every procedure healed remarkably well. I have never needed more than a single day of mild pain relief—often not even a Tylenol—and I have never developed an infection. Each experience, though naturally a bit uncomfortable to anticipate, was completely painless thanks to their careful approach and commitment to patient comfort. The team takes the time to explain every step, check in frequently, and even offer a hand to hold if you feel anxious. They truly go above and beyond in every way. I could not recommend Dr. Khillah and his team more highly.
