You will pay your deductible in full probably getting a loan to do it since with great insurance it is still 5,500 or more. Then a year and half later you get a bill for more than 5,000 dollars. You will try to call them, but for some reason the person to talk to is never there, so you play phone tag back and forth and eventually give up because you can't seem to get through to them. Never go here they will bill you and bill you again. That being said they did a good job on the surgery, although now they are trying to rob me. I really wish the medical community had to be up front with their costs, because right now they seem to be able to charge whatever they want to even after you paid your bill.
I wouldn’t call it an experience because everything seems to be so weird. First, I was asked to complete the paper work and then the dentist’s assistant let me in, got my x-rays though I offered to provide them my recent x-rays but she refused. She said that the dentist wants to see his own x-rays. I understood and followed her instructions patiently, waited for some time and finally the dentist arrived - a grey-haired man, kind-of back-to-the-future guy who didn’t even bother to see my teeth and was completely unable to tell anything about the treatment. I wonder if he was actually a dentist or just a quack. So I asked the dentist if it’s possible to have my x-rays and he immediately agreed but he said that burning x-rays on a disk will take an hour and I was okay with it. While going back to the reception area, Sophie refused to provide me x-rays as it’s not the clinic’s policy. I showed her the consent form I received in the beginning which says that the patient has the right to have the medical records, she changed her statement and asked for $150. I agreed and asked her to provide my x-rays + payment details. She emailed me the bill with one x-ray. I asked her then about the other x-rays to which she replied that she can’t email me. And later she burned a disk and handed over to me. But the impression I received was so rude and unprofessional and I decided to let everyone know that one must read the paperwork carefully before signing it and be aware of your surroundings because this world is greedy for money only. They don’t care whether u live or die. Honestly speaking, i wouldn’t recommend this place nor do I refuse anyone to go there, but I won’t go there again due to this pathetic attitude!
These guys were amazing I had a dentist is butte who shoved a wisdom tooth in my sinuse and these guys took care of this surgery with ease and professionalism, I had so much anxiety and stress and they made me feel so comfortable!
