Am very appreciative of biological dentistry. Angie has been very professional and personal in her care for me and I was glad to meet Dr. Geddes. Thank you for maintaining a very punctual schedule for our appointments; not always a very easy task! Patients always appreciate their time respected as much as the professional’s business schedule. I do refer your office to whomever is looking for a dentist and/or looking for very natural approach to dental care. Thank you, Linda Hepworth.
Tried to establish care as a new patient but ran into numerous issues: 1) website makes you think you are getting an appointment but you really aren't, 2) called on the day I thought I had an appointment and LM but got no return call, calls 2 and 3 went to VM and finally call 4 went through only to be informed that feature doesn't work on the website, 3) was told the soonest for new patients would be 10 weeks from now and there was no way to be on a cancellation list for something sooner without already having an appointment on the books, 4) first appointment is $250 no matter what, even if you bring very recent xrays and panos from elsewhere (strange to me that a biological dentistry would want to unnecessarily increase your xray exposure) AND if you do cancel for any reason (including, they couldn't get you in sooner) the $250 is non-refundable. 5) the website and answering machine feel very markety and very non-personal. I've had a lot of experience with biological dentistry in Switzerland and Washington and Montana so when I saw the reviews here I was excited to establish new care. When I began to express my concern to the woman on the phone about #1-#5 above, she hung up on me. Wow, I was not rude but just trying to offer some feedback as a prospective new client. I was pretty shocked at all of the above given the numerous 5 star reviews but maybe this is a sign of the times. Growing to fast and losing the essence of the practice. I guess they don't need new business. Alas, I guess I'll have to find another elsewhere. Too bad.
Gateway Dental is beyond amazing! The staff truly makes you feel welcome. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. Dr. Geddes took the time to explain my dental issues and answered my questions thoroughly, with assurance that they were there to answer any additional concerns I may have after my initial appointment. Top notch dental care!
Such a great dental office. I love that they are a biological dentistry, and more naturally minded. They are kind and if there are ever issues they get you in super quick. They are thorough and make sure to get everything cleared and healthy using ozone and silver and things. Great dentists and kind service!!
Sam is a terrific dental hygienist…my teeth feel amazing! Combining state of the art protocols with professional and congenial communication skills made it a great experience. I’ll be going back in six months! Many thanks to Sam and the Gateway front desk staff.
