Dr. G was recommended to us by multiple people and for good reason! I was very anxious about having my baby’s tongue and lip ties revised. Dr. G was very thorough and patient in explaining everything and was also very sensitive to my concerns. He has great bedside manner and definitely cares about his patients. I appreciated not feeling rushed or pressured in my decision. For the actual procedure, it was quick and worked very well. I noticed a big improvement in my baby’s latch and use of their tongue to support feeding. The office is also very thorough in providing instructions leading up to the procedure and for post care. The detailed instructions were very helpful in making sure we performed the necessary wound care correctly. Although the procedure isn’t pleasant and the after care is grueling, I’m glad we did it and really glad we went with Dr. G.
From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were in incredibly good hands. Every detail was thoughtful right down to having our baby’s name written on the door, which immediately made us feel warmly welcomed. The staff was impeccably efficient without ever feeling curt or rushed. The entire practice truly runs like a well-oiled machine, with everyone clearly on the same page. Beyond their efficiency, what stood out most was their compassion. As parents about to put our newborn son through an uncomfortable procedure, we felt genuinely supported and cared for. We were never made to feel rushed or left with unanswered questions. The process was explained clearly, and the procedure itself took exactly the amount of time we were told it would- no uncertainty, no anxiety. The facility is immaculate and comfortable. Dr. Geivelis is a wealth of knowledge and incredibly charismatic; his confident yet lighthearted energy immediately put our nerves at ease. He also takes a natural, thoughtful approach to healing, which we truly appreciated. He has built something special, and it’s clear he is a master of his craft. As a business owner myself I could see that the synergy within this office is truly excellent. We couldn’t be more pleased with our decision and are so grateful for the care our son received.
Dr. Geivelis and his team were absolutely amazing. I had a lip and tongue tie procedure that I was extremely nervous about. Dr. G prepared me by talking to me and helping me to understand everything that was going to take place. The day of the procedure he and his team couldn’t have been more kind, compassionate and caring. His expertise in this area is beyond exceptional. The after care with Sheri was wonderful also. She was able to answer all of my questions and help me throughout the healing process. I’m very grateful for Dr. G and his team. Thank you so very much!!
⭐⭐⭐⭐1/2 Skilled surgeon, excellent result, worth the wait. Dr. Geivelis performed my tongue-tie frenectomy after a treatment journey that took nearly three years from initial referral to surgery. The procedure went smoothly, the post-op healing was excellent, and the functional improvements were immediate and meaningful. Tongue on the roof of my mouth when I woke up the next morning — first time in my life. He referred me to my speech-language pathologist for pre-operative myofunctional preparation, which turned out to be one of the most valuable parts of the entire process. That referral alone speaks to how thoughtfully he approaches these cases. When I reached out directly with questions mid-treatment he was responsive and straightforward, even when the answer wasn't what I was hoping for. One note: there was a miscommunication between my orthodontist and Dr. Geivelis's office regarding MARPE removal that caused a surgery cancellation and significant delays — though in fairness, that coordination failure originated elsewhere. Dr. Geivelis was simply not briefed and was right not to proceed with a procedure he wasn't prepared for. If you're navigating a complex tongue-tie case involving prior orthodontic work or palatal expansion, Dr. Geivelis is exactly who you want doing the release. Just make sure everyone on your care team is talking to each other before you show up.
Dr. G has excellent bedside manner. From the moment he walked into the room, he made a genuine effort to connect with our 6-year-old daughter, which immediately put her at ease. He was very friendly, patient, and thorough, and took the time to clearly explain my concerns, next steps, and what he felt was truly best for our daughter. We felt heard, informed, and confident in the plan moving forward. Very pleased with our experience
